November is right around the corner and that means Thanksgiving will be here before we know it. Of course we should be grateful all year round however, this month, marks the time when even the grumpiest of people find something to be thankful for. Giving thanks has been known to slow aging, relieve stress, and improve relationships. I’ve learned that having an attitude of gratitude is not enough though, to actually give thanks we have to do something.
